The spring can come - our vineyards are ready for the new season!
What has happened? The most elaborate work in the vineyard year - the pruning - is done. With 100 working hours per hectare, we were again very busy this year. Likewise also the first quality step was set. Low yield - but special quality - our approach, which corresponds exactly to our philosophy.
Currently we bind each bow by hand to the cord wire to promote a uniform sprouting and hopefully harvest healthy grapes later on. The late frost should spare us this year. Much hope for a lot of rain. So we hope for normal Weinviertel weather as we are used to.
