Its deep, intensive purple reminds of the sunset glow above Ayer´s Rock: during his apprenticeship in Australia Georg Weinwurm learned to love the Syrah and brought it home. Carefully cultivated, the Syrah displays noble mildness and finest, softly balanced tannins.
