We are seeking for cellar hands - Harvest Season 2022!
your responsibilities:
- cellar and vineyard work - getting an overview to all working steps of our harvest season such as:
- crushing and pressing
- liaising with the winemaker with regard to tank allocation, addition rates, juice evaluation and press cuts
- emptying, cleaning and general maintenance of equipment
- assisting with rackings, wine transfers, red press offs, filtration and loading
- performing and evaluating chemical analysis of juice and wine
your profile:
- excellent technical knowledge
- team player
- effective communication- fork lift and tractor license would be an advantage
